I have the same model Kubota as yours (2yrs old now) but never had that happen. It could be as simple as a retaining clip or spring coming off and it is in bottom of door now. There is a relieve valve that is actuated by cable when you press down on the brake pedal, and sometimes it needs to be adjusted (especially if the cable has stretched). So check on that. After installing the Bighorns on it, I took it to a really steep hill that the RTV900 could never climb. You can't get any run at the hill and it is extremely steep.
